How to use the Helpdesk and get support
If you're stuck, start by searching articles in this knowledge base.
If you need to contact us, you can simply add a ticket via the + button above. This will create a ticket in our support desk which is monitored throughout UK business hours - we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you would like to see previous tickets you have raised, and have access to other features, sign in and go to 'My Area' and view 'My Tickets'.
