HOW CAN I GET THE APP?
You can either download the app on Google Play or the App store. You could also search for 'Mystery Dining' on your app store. From there, you can install the app onto your phone.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO ABOUT THE HGEM GO APP? 
Nothing at all! Our new version of the app will replace HGEM GO. When you open up HGEM GO on November 4th you'll be prompted to update your app and you'll have the new version! 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN A NEW UPDATE IS AVAILABLE? 
To keep your app up to date when a new update is available, you'll see a message prompting you to update your app to the latest version!  

WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I USE THE APP IN?
The app is currently live in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA.

WILL THERE BE MORE FEATURES ADDED TO THE APP?
Yes! We're currently working on implementing notifications and an improved filtering system, so you could browse visits by experience type (e.g. dine, drink, stay overnight, event, etc.). Coming soon!

DOES THE APP WORK ON OLDER DEVICES?
This app should work on all Android and iPhone devices.
