Reimbursement payment dates

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE REIMBURSED?
When your report has been reviewed by the Assessment Quality team, you will receive a confirmation email with a reimbursement date, which will be within 4 weeks of your visit. Your reimbursement will be paid to the account provided on your profile within 5 working days from the date indicated on your visit completion email. FOR ASSESSORS THAT LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK OR VISITS THAT ARE REIMBURSED IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN GBP
Payments are processed in the middle of each month following your visit. For example, reimbursement for a visit completed in January will be processed in the middle of February.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT?
If you have not received your reimbursement within 5 working days of the date indicated, please get in touch with the Support team via chat or adding a ticket on the Helpdesk. They will be able to look into this for you.
