Submitting your report

Submitting your report

Once you have reached the end of the questionnaire, click the ‘Final Check’ box.

This will perform a quick check of your report and highlight any spelling errors or unanswered questions. You can ignore or amend any spelling errors. Once you're happy, scroll back to the end of the report, and you will see a new box  'Save & Complete'.

This will redirect you to the visits page, where you can then submit your report!

N.B. if you 'Save & Exit' at any stage of the report, this will return you to the visits page and save all progress. You will not be able to submit a report without clicking 'Save as Complete'.
