HOW DO I UPDATE MY BANK DETAILS?
Before you complete your first visit, you must input your bank account details so your reimbursements are not delayed. You can do this via your online profile on the website by following these steps:
After logging in, select ‘My diner ID’ which can be found on the top right of
the webpage or by clicking the menu on mobile:
This will take you to where you can update your password, bank account details and unsubscribe from email alerts.
If you encounter any issues when inputting your details, please add a ticket via our Helpdesk for support. Please note that the app currently does not have the capability to update your details.
