You can update most of your personal details online by navigating to 'Account' and 'Account information'. Once you have finished updating, click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER?
Please add a ticket via the Helpdesk and confirm your full name, date of birth, postcode and a given contact number. This is so we can verify your identity in order to make the change.
HOW DO I CLOSE MY MYSTERY DINING ACCOUNT?
You can delete your account via your profile by navigating to 'Account' and then 'Delete account'. This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete your account and all associated data. You can also contact us via live chat or add a ticket via the Helpdesk and we can retire your account.
