What factors affect how visits are visible on your profile

Our system has a few different 'rules' that affect how you'll see visits on your profile. These can be specific to your profile, locations and any visits previously completed.

Why can I no longer see any visits? I just booked a lot and now I can't see anything!
If you book more than 10 visits in a day or in quick succession, your profile will pause showing more visits for 24 hours.
Some clients ask us to restrict how many visits can be booked in a time period.
For example, if you book a Nando's visit that is available from 1st-31st January, you won't be able to see any other Nando's visits available in January.

Why can't I see any visits in my locations?
If there are no available visits in your selected locations, your profile will look different depending on what device you are using. For example, if you are using the website and the Book a Visit page, the location filter and 'My Locations' will not be ticked if there are no eligible visits.

On our app, you'll see visits in order of their geographical location. So even if you preferred locations have no visits, you'll see any available visits near your current location.

How does my status affect which visits I see?
Some visits might only be eligible for Platinum or Gold status. Most visits are available to all but are visible at different times.
Platinum status can book visits as soon as they are added to the system,
Gold status can book visits 24 hours after Platinum,
Silver status can book visits 24 hours after Gold,
Bronze status can book visits 24 hours after Silver.
We don't have set times visits are added, most visits are released during office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.20pm), but some visits could be released over the weekend. We avoid adding visits that you would need to contact us to book over the weekend, but such visits might become available due to cancellations.

Are there any other ways my profile might affect which visits I see?
We can also show visits based on age, for example, if a client wants to target a specific demographic.

How long your profile has been active can affect what visits you see, for example, you need to have had an active profile for at least 3 months before you'll see a Travelodge visit.

I completed a visit. When can we visit the same place again?
After you complete a visit, there is typically a '3-month no return rule'; once those 3 months have passed, you'll be able to see that visit again. For example, if you completed a visit on the 10th February, that visit won't be available to you until the 10th May. This is all calculated automatically, so rest assured, when the time has passed, you'll see it again!

While 3 months is the typical amount of time, some return rules are 6 months, while others are 12 months.
