HOW CAN I GET THE APP?
There are QR codes and links
on this page that will take you through either to Google Play or the App store. You could also search for 'HGEM Go' on your app store. From there you can install the app onto your phone.
WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I USE THE APP IN?
The app is currently live in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA.
WILL THERE BE MORE FEATURES ADDED TO THE APP?
Yes! We're currently working on implementing notifications and an improved filtering system, so you could browse visits by experience type (e.g. dine, drink, stay overnight, event, etc.). Coming soon!
DOES THE APP WORK ON OLDER DEVICES?
This app should work on all Android and iPhone devices.
