How to use the Helpdesk and get support

If you need extra support, try searching our knowledge base. We have step-by-step guides on all topics! From how to book a visit to what to do if the venue is closed when you arrive! 

You can use our live chat feature to find answers directly or to talk to a member of our team. The support desk is manned from Mon-Fri 9am-5.20pm. 

And finally, to add a ticket, simply click the + button above. This will create a ticket in our support desk  - we will get back to you as soon as we can, within office hours. By signing up to the help desk you can also see previous tickets you have raised.

You will need to create an account to add and track tickets. This is a separate account to your mystery visit account as our Helpdesk is managed separately.
